La Piazza, Bankstown Sports' flagship restaurant in Sydney, is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations, coach a large team and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a quick-paced venue.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will manage day-to-day operations, rostering and ensure RSA/RCG compliance while delivering outstanding service across events and functions. A hands-on leadership style and a passion for hospitality are essential.
