Accor is seeking a Food & Beverage Restaurant Manager for the Qantas Lounges at Canberra Airport. This hands-on leadership role oversees daily lounge operations, leads the front-of-house team and ensures high standards of service and guest experience.

You will manage menu planning with culinary team, coordinate staff events, monitor stock and purchasing, and ensure compliance with food safety and RSA requirements.
