About the Role: n

In this quick-paced and varied role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your key responsibilities will include:

Assisting customers with their health and wellness needs, offering advice on over-the-counter products and services.

Accurately processing sales and prescriptions at the point of sale.
n
Managing stock, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising.
n
Maintaining a high standard of presentation throughout the pharmacy.
n
Supporting the pharmacist with the dispensing of prescriptions and other dispensary-related tasks.
n
Contributing to a positive and team-oriented team environment.
n

What We're Looking For: nn
Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is highly desirable.
n




A Certificate II or III in Community Pharmacy would be a strong advantage.
n
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to help others.
n
The ability to work effectively in a team and under the guidance of a pharmacist.
n
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
n
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to your work.
n
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends.
