Job Description
What You'll Be Doing: n
n
Managing day-to-day stock purchasing for trade counter, warehouse, and commercial project orders.
n
Coordinating project-specific procurement and ensuring timely delivery.
n
Managing ongoing cycle counts and participating in the annual stocktake.
n
Monitoring stock levels to meet customer demand without excessive overstocking.
n
Preparing and maintaining inventory and purchasing reports.
n
Analysing inventory performance and identifying discrepancies or risks.
n
Liaising with suppliers, warehouse team, and sales staff to maintain smooth stock flow.
n
Assisting the team where required, including greeting customers when on the trade counter.
n
Ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance with Tradelink procedures.
