Zurich is seeking an AI Governance Lead to drive the enterprise AI Governance Framework, ensuring responsible AI across the full lifecycle while enabling scalable innovation.

You will work with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Risk and Technology teams to embed responsible AI practices, assess AI risks, and design governance pathways that balance risk and innovation.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement and the prospect to impact a leading digital insurer’s transformation journey in Australia.
