Healthcare Strategic Partnerships & Business Development ManagerHealth Plus International (HPI) is looking for an experienced healthcare business development professional to help grow our partnerships across NSW.If you understand the sector, have established industry relationships and know how to turn prospects into sustainable partnerships, we’d like to hear from you.Based in Sydney, you’ll work closely with our Operations and executive leadership to secure recent business, develop healthcare workforce partnerships and build relationships across metropolitan, regional and rural NSW.The role:
Permanent, full time
Commencing January 2027
Sydney-based, with statewide travel
Base salary commensurate with experience,

Business development or strategic partnership experience in healthcare, aged care, nursing, allied health or workforce development
Strong industry networks and stakeholder management skills
A proven ability to negotiate and secure partnerships or tenders
