The Role n

The firm is seeking a Litigation Lawyer to support its busy litigation practice, working closely with a senior solicitor who brings over two decades of legal experience.

The position offers exposure to a diverse range of disputes, including:
n
Wills and estates litigation, particularly family provision claims
n
Commercial litigation and dispute resolution
n
Proceedings in the Supreme Court and District Court
n
Assisting with the management and progression of active matters
n

At least 5 years' post-admission experience
n
Experience handling litigation matters
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a collaborative team

Commitment to delivering quality legal services and building client relationships
