Your New Role
As an Application and Integration Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring our business applications remain reliable, secure and fit for purpose. You'll work closely with business users, vendors, developers and the wider IT team to resolve issues, support system enhancements and deliver application improvements that make a real difference to our operations.
You will undertake a variety of activities including but not limited to:
Providing application support across business-critical systems and platforms
Investigating, troubleshooting and resolving application incidents through to root cause
Supporting application upgrades, testing, releases and enhancement activities
Working with vendors, developers and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions
Identifying opportunities to improve application performance, processes and user experience

Experience supporting business applications, enterprise systems or software platforms
