The Role:

nReporting to the Group Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:n

Prepare and maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations
n
Preparation of month-end financial reports
n
Posting journals and maintaining general ledger integrity
n
Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
n
Working closely with auditors to clear outstanding compliance work
n
Supporting the team with ad hoc financial tasks
n

About You:
n

n
CA/CPA/ACCA qualified or working towards it
n
Prior exposure to property development is desirable, though not essential
n
Prior experience of working as an auditor is preferred
n
You bring an engaging personality and transparent, qualified communication skills
n
