EVT Connect Hospitality is seeking a friendly F&B; Barista at Hotel Indigo Melbourne on Flinders. You’ll deliver warm, engaging service, craft quality coffee, and support dining experiences across outlets including the Bistro, Lounge, and In-Room Dining.

Reporting to the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll work with cafe and hotel teams, maintain brand standards, handle POS transactions with INFRASYS, and rotate shifts across venues.
