Merivale is seeking an energetic Venue Manager for Tal's in Sydney, to lead a large, high-volume operation built around excellent food, drinks and guest experiences.

You will recruit, train and develop a diverse team, establish an effective operating rhythm, deliver outstanding service, and foster a culture of excellence and fun. 2+ years in hospitality management is essential; hands-on leadership and stakeholder management are key to success.
