Barwon Health is seeking a Lead Aged Care In office Pharmacist Grade 3 to oversee high-quality pharmacy services across residential aged care facilities and transitions of care. You will lead medication management, ensure safe and efficient use of medicines, and contribute to governance and education within Barwon Health.

The role offers a full-time position (80 hours per fortnight) with prospects for career development and involvement in system-wide quality improvement initiatives.
