Abe & Gizelle Patisserie is seeking a skilled baker to join our catering facility in Clyde, NSW. You will prepare and bake a variety of high quality bread, rolls, and pastries to the highest quality standards, overseeing the full baking process from shaping dough to baking, cooling, icing, and decorating. You will work efficiently to ensure all customer, catering and client orders are completed on time.

Key responsibilities
Prepare and bake a variety of high quality bread, rolls, and pastries to the highest quality standards
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment checks are completed before every shift
Follow health and safety guidelines with care and in a skilled manner
Weigh and measure ingredients accurately, mix and knead dough, and operate bakery equipment in a protected manner
Oversee the full baking process — from shaping dough to baking, cooling, icing, and decorating




Work efficiently to ensure all customer and catering and clients orders are completed on time
Communicate with the Executive Chef to maintain supply levels and support smooth daily operations
Assist in maintaining cost controls and supporting profitability
Keep up with industry trends, current recipes, and baking techniques

About you
Certificate III in bakery, or at least 2 years of relevant working experience if no qualification, or at least 3 years of proven work experience
