Commercial Cleaning Supervisor Wanted – Sydney

We are an established commercial cleaning company looking for a reliable and motivated Supervisor to join our growing team.

Work Schedule
6 days per week (Monday–Saturday or Sunday–Friday)
6:00am – 3:00pm (some flexibility available)
Weekly pay – to be discussed at interview

Requirements
Own vehicle (essential)
Minimum 2 years' cleaning experience OR at least 1 year of supervisory experience
Experience in commercial cleaning or team management (e.g. pubs, clubs, strata)

Reliable, punctual and well-organised
Robust communication skills
Able to lead a team and maintain high cleaning standards across multiple sites
Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of the role

Responsibilities
Supervising cleaners across multiple commercial sites
Conducting site inspections and quality checks
Managing staff attendance and covering shifts when required
Liaising with clients and addressing any concerns promptly
