Firmus Technologies is seeking an Assistant Company Secretary to support governance across the group. Based in Sydney or Singapore, you will report to the Deputy Company Secretary and enable board processes, disclosures and compliance across jurisdictions.

You will work closely with directors and executives, manage subsidiary governance, ensure alignment with ASX/Corporations Act, and contribute to a high-growth AI infrastructure company at the forefront of the industry.
