Are you someone who enjoys being out on the road, meeting current people and opening doors to current business opportunities? We're partnering with a well-established national service provider that's continuing to invest in growth across Sydney. Due to strong demand, they're looking for a Customer Development Representative to take ownership of a North West Sydney territory spanning Penrith, Blacktown, Castle Hill and surrounding areas.

This is a genuine opportunity for a driven sales professional who thrives on activity, enjoys building relationships and wants to be rewarded for their efforts. Industry experience is not essential. We're more interested in attitude, resilience and the ability to connect with people.

The Opportunity

This is a field-based role focused on generating new business opportunities while managing and developing an existing customer portfolio.
You'll spend your time: Prospecting and developing new business across your territory
Building relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Managing your sales pipeline through CRM systems
Following up leads and converting opportunities into long-term customers
Maintaining regular contact with existing accounts to identify growth opportunities




Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

About You

We're open to candidates from a variety of industries. Successful backgrounds could include:
Business development
Field sales
Hospitality or service-based industries
Retail leadership
Customer-facing account management

What matters most is that you:
Enjoy building relationships and meeting current people
Have a proactive and positive approach to sales
Are comfortable with cold calling and business development activity
Can work autonomously and manage your own territory
Are confident using CRM systems and technology
Adapt well to change and new processes
Hold a current driver's licence

What's On Offer
$80,000 - $85,000 base salary plus super
Fully maintained electric vehicle
Uncapped commission structure
Realistic first quarter earnings of $4,000 - $5,000+ per month in commissions
