This role evaluates current development opportunities and optimises the existing portfolio through financial modelling, market research, and feasibility studies to support strategic investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities n

Financial Modelling : Build and maintain cash flow models and JV structures.
n
Feasibility Studies : Assess potential acquisitions.
n
Market Research : Analyse market trends, supply/demand, and competitors.
n
Reporting : Prepare investment proposals and board presentations.
n
Due Diligence : Support legal, planning, and financial due diligence.
n

Skills and Experience nn




Education : Degree in Property, Finance, Economics, or related field.
n
Experience : 2–4 years in property analysis, valuation, or real estate banking.
n
Technical Skills : Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability.
n
Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of Australian property markets and development lifecycles.
n
Communication : Explicit written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
