This is an prospect to make a lasting impact, putting the tools, processes and governance in place to strengthen cyber resilience and support future growth.

What you'll do n

n
Establish security operations processes, monitoring, threat detection and incident response capabilities.
n
Drive operational adoption of Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, Purview and Azure security services.
n
Define responsibilities, escalation pathways and service coordination across internal teams and managed service providers.
n
Support secure transition into production, developing playbooks,



reporting and sustainable operating practices.
n
Lead incident coordination and continuous improvement.
n

Skills and experience nn
Experience as a Security Operations Lead, SOC Manager, Cyber Defence Lead, Incident Response Lead or similar.
n
A track record of building or maturing security operations capabilities in complex enterprise environments.
n
Practical Azure experience and solid knowledge of Microsoft security technologies.
n
Confidence leading incident response and working across technical teams, delivery partners and senior stakeholders.
n
Familiarity with VPDSF and Essential Eight frameworks is highly regarded.
