What You'll Be Responsible For
Leading the Service and Parts departments
Managing workshop workflow with the Workshop Manager
Monitoring technician productivity and performance
Supporting staff development and training
Ensuring build targets and quality standards are achieved
Overseeing accurate and timely paperwork completion
Achieving Toyota Excellence and internal performance targets
Identifying prospects to improve department performances
Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For
Automotive industry management experience
Current manual driver's licence
Robust leadership and people management skills
Ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
