About the Role:

We're seeking a driven, independent and highly organised Estimator/Projects Administrator to support our project pipeline from quoting through to completion. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work and thrives in a agile, hands‑on environment. You'll work closely with the Director, General Manager and site teams to help ensure projects are accurately costed, well‑organised, and delivered smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Interpret plans and specifications and prepare accurate Bill of Quantities
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and availability
Assist with preparing tender submissions
Assist with preparing contracts, purchase orders,



and job documentation
Track project progress, variations, and timelines
Support scheduling, procurement, and project reporting
Maintain communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in estimating and/or project and tender administration (preferred)
Robust attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to read and interpret Civil and Landscape construction plans
Ability to multitask and work independently
Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and estimating software
Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
