The Langham, Gold Coast is seeking an Assistant Banquet Manager on a 12-month parental leave cover to lead and support the Banquet Services team. This role focuses on delivering luxurious, seamless events and exceptional guest experiences across all banquet functions.

You will oversee operations with a hands-on management style, coach staff, and coordinate with external AV teams, ensuring adherence to Secure Operating Procedures and high service standards.
