An prospect has become available for an experienced Safety Advisor to join a well-established national organisation on a fixed term contract until January.

Based in Brisbane, this position supports multiple business units across Australia, partnering with operational and corporate stakeholders to strengthen safety outcomes across a diverse workforce.
The Chance n
Reporting to a supportive and experienced leader, you'll play a key role in providing practical safety advice, incident support and risk management guidance.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Provide expert safety advice and guidance across a national portfolio
n
Support incident investigations and the management of corrective actions
n
Assist with risk assessments and implementation of control measures
n
Partner with operational leaders to drive a positive safety culture
n
Review safety data, trends and reporting to identify opportunities for improvement
n
Maintain accurate records and reporting through the organisation's safety management system
n
Support compliance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures
n
Contribute to safety projects, initiatives and continuous improvement activities
n
About You n
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
n
n
Previous experience in a Safety Business Partner, Safety Advisor or similar WHS role
n
Solid knowledge of workplace health and safety legislation and best practice
n
Experience supporting incident investigations and risk management processes
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
The ability to build trusted relationships across operational and corporate teams
n
