Marketing and MarTech Manager - Qualified Services n

Marketing Manager | Premium Recruitment
n Sydney preferred | Melbourne or Brisbane considered
n $130,000–$150,000 + super + annual bonus
n Join an established premium Australian recruitment and executive search group with a national presence and respected specialist practices.
n Reporting to the CEO and managing 1 direct report; aMarketing Executive , you’ll build on established brand foundations, optimise marketing technology and turn content and campaigns into measurable commercial growth .
What you’ll do

n

n
Own content and brand: Create compelling content, sales collateral and leadership thought leadership.
n
Drive campaigns and events: Partner with sales and agencies to engage customers and generate opportunities.
n
Optimise martech: Improve HubSpot, CRM integration, automation and customer journeys.
n
Demonstrate ROI: Track lead quality, conversions and campaign performance; optimise platform spend.
n
Lead and influence: Develop your direct report, engage executives and streamline proposals and tenders.

What you’ll bring n
n

n
B2B marketing experience , ideally within recruitment or qualified services.
n
Digital, martech and automation expertise , with HubSpot highly desirable.
n
Solid writing and content skills , backed by measurable commercial results.
n
Stakeholder influence and leadership , including agency management and people development.
n
Hands-on delivery and pace , combining strategic judgement with practical execution.
n
