Job Description

IUSCA is seeking a senior Strength and Conditioning Coach to design and deliver evidence-based physical preparation for nationally categorised athletes within high-performance settings. You will lead and mentor S&C; staff, integrate testing and multidisciplinary planning, and oversee quality and research initiatives.

The role requires ASCA Level 2, PCAS Elite Coach, and a relevant degree, with postgraduate qualifications highly desirable. Market-market-market-competitive salary, superannuation, and loading apply.
