Endeavour Group Careers is hiring an Assistant Manager at the Blue Cattle Dog Hotel in St Clair, NSW. This hands-on leadership role requires you to command the floor, connect with regulars, and maintain high standards across a large team.

You'll support the Publican, manage busy shifts across bar, bistro and gaming lounge, and lead a crew to deliver gold-class service. RSA/RCG/ARCG compliance is required, physical duties included.
