We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support a suite of critical technology initiatives, spanning operational technology upgrades, data transformation, and artificial intelligence implementation. Working alongside an experienced Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving project governance, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and ensuring seamless financial and administrative operations across the project lifecycle.

What You Will Do:
Create and maintain comprehensive program and project documentation, gating artifacts, and milestone reports in alignment with delivery frameworks.
Maintain project schedules, cross-dependencies, and resource allocations in close collaboration with the Program Manager.
Manage financial administrative activities in SAP, including purchase requisitions, invoice processing, and monthly accruals.
Coordinate board meetings, prepare committee papers, capture meeting minutes, and track governance action items.
Support staff onboarding, stakeholder management, and project change/communication activities.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:




Demonstrated experience in project coordination across Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or PMBOK methodologies.
Practical experience using SAP (or ability to rapidly learn) alongside robust digital project management tools.
Proven ability to manage project documentation, governance frameworks, and administrative processes.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
Strong cooperative mindset with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
