Location: Sydney CBD | 3 days work from home

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm | Strong work-life balance

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 + Super + Bonus

Full Time, Permanent (Permanent Residents and Citizens)

The Role: n

As a Commercial Property Claims Manager, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

n

Confidently manage a variety of complex claims, focussing on commercial property. Wider lines included such as CAT related claims, Business Pack and ISR
n
Conduct liability assessment, reserve management and evaluate recoveries
n
Oversee accounts with the responsibility of invoices, settlement processes and managing funds
n
Develop strong connections with clients such as: brokers, investigators, loss adjusters and legal professionals
n




Deliver exceptional service tailored to diverse needs
n
Actioning claims quickly and effectively, complying with company standards and SLA requirements.
n
Guarantee compliance with industry regulations, legal mandates, and company policies
n

To be successful in this role, you will offer: nn
A minimum of 5 years in insurance claims handling within Commercial Property. You're confident managing the process from start to finish
n
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
n
You're adaptable, proactive, and perform well when things move quickly.

You possess solid both verbal and written communication.
