Infinite Care Tweed is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to advance in assessment and care planning within our NSW aged care facilities. The role is full time, Monday to Friday day shifts, with autonomy in clinical decisions and close collaboration with care teams.

You will deliver person-centred care, maintain comprehensive documentation, and contribute to residents' wellbeing and safety. AHPRA registration and a passion for resident outcomes are essential.
