End-to-End Finance Operations Role

Company Background

Our client is a specialist industrial blending and material development company based in Western Sydney. Due to continued growth and an increased workload within the finance team, they are seeking a hands-on Company Accountant to join their operations in Western Sydney.

The Role

This is a 3-month temp prospect with genuine potential to become permanent. You will act as a key link between each of the business entities and take ownership of day-to-day finance operations, including:
End-to-end bookkeeping across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
Payroll administration support




Financial reporting and assisting with process improvement
Assisting the external team with month-end and year-end requirements
Supporting a busy, growing operation with ad hoc finance and operational tasks

Your Background

To be considered for this Company Accountant role, you will have the following skills and attributes:
Immediately available with full time working rights
Xero experience (will be prioritised)
Working Holiday Visa (WHV – subclass 417) holders are welcome to apply
Robust and confident communication skills
Intermediate Excel skills (v/x look-ups, pivot tables)
