Gippsland Asphalt is seeking a mechanically minded Fixed Asphalt Plant & Loader Operator to join our team in Traralgon, Victoria. The role involves operating the asphalt plant, feeding materials, and coordinating logistics with haulage teams.

A willingness to learn and grow in a quick-paced workplace is essential. Ideal candidates will have plant operator experience in similar production settings, and hold or be willing to obtain Front-End Loader and Forklift licenses.
