Zambrero is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at Bairnsdale !

As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that high-quality standards are maintained and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities n

Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during your shift
n
Ensure that all food safety and sanitation regulations are followed
n
Provide training and support to team members
n
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
n
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
n
Requirements nn
Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food industry
n
Excellent communication and leadership skills
n
Robust knowledge of food safety regulations

Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and multi-task effectively
