Townsville City Netball Association invites applications for an Operations Manager who can lead people, set transparent expectations and keep this busy organisation running smoothly. You’ll work with the President and volunteer Board, oversee staff, coordinate competitions, development programs, and events, monitor budgets, report on performance, and build robust relationships with clubs and community partners.

Netball experience is welcome, but proven people leadership matters most.
