Production Assistant/Kitchen Hand – Ice Cream Factory
About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and energetic Production Assistant to join our rapid-paced ice cream and cake manufacturing team. You’ll help produce, package, and prepare high-quality frozen desserts while maintaining excellent hygiene and safety standards.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys teamwork, physical work, and a busy production environment.
Monday to Friday role 7am start
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the production and packaging of ice cream products
Operate and monitor factory equipment and production lines
Prepare ingredients and materials for daily production runs
Conduct quality checks on products and packaging
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the facility
Follow workplace health and safety procedures
Support warehouse and dispatch activities as required
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, factory work or restaurants preferred
Ability to work in a cold workplace
Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 25kg
