Key Responsibilities
Comply with workplace health, safety, and environmental standards
Work with precast concrete products, moulds, and reinforced steel
Perform general labouring and manual handling duties
Maintain clean and safe work areas and tools
Collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines
Skills & Experience
Experience in precast concrete is desirable but not essential
Steel fixing experience not required
Ability to read plans/drawings and follow instructions
Forklift (LF) and overhead crane experience is desirable
Solid work ethic – reliable, hands-on, and team-focused
Valuable literacy and numeracy skills
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
Close attention to detail and strong safety awareness
Important Information
Successful candidates must complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing, and participate in ongoing random on-site testing.
