Job Description
What you’ll be doing
As Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you’ll manage relationships across a portfolio of enterprise automotive dealers, driving engagement, product adoption and long-term customer success.
You’ll work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve challenges and help customers get the most from our subscriptions.
You’ll partner with internal teams to support onboarding, renewals and customer growth.
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Client Services, ideally within SaaS or technology
Robust relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage with senior decision-makers
Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth, retention and upsell opportunities
Solid data and analytical skills with the ability to turn customer data into actionable insights
Hybrid work experience and the ability to manage priorities across multiple customers
