Dematic is seeking a Software Service Delivery Manager to lead software support and managed services for APAC customers. Based in Belrose, NSW or Notting Hill, VIC, you will partner with delivery teams to ensure system reliability and customer satisfaction.

You will manage SLAs/OLAs, drive ITIL-based processes, and develop customer dashboards and reports while building solid relationships and guiding cross-functional teams.
