Our client is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Employment Relations Specialist to provide expert advice and guidance across a wide range of employee and industrial relations matters.

The Role n

As an integral member of the People & Culture team, you will:

n

n
Provide ER/IR advice on complex workplace matters including performance, grievances, discrimination, harassment, and policy interpretation
n
Support enterprise agreement negotiations and union consultations
n
Draft and review HR/IR policies, employment documentation and frameworks
n
Collaborate with key stakeholders on people-related initiatives and change programs
n




Monitor legislative changes and ensure organisational compliance
n
Work in alignment with organisational values and a solid community-oriented mission
n

About You n

The successful candidate is a confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills, able to balance empathy and objectivity in sensitive situations. They will thrive in environments where collaboration and skilled integrity are key.

You will bring:

n

n
Tertiary qualifications in HR, Industrial Relations, Law, or related discipline
n
Proven experience in an ER/IR advisory role
n
Strong understanding of the Fair Work Act, enterprise agreements, and award interpretation
n
Experience in union negotiation and enterprise bargaining preferred
n
A proactive, consultative approach and high attention to detail
n
A commitment to working in alignment with the values of a purpose-led organisation
