You'll take responsibility for much of the operational and administrative backbone of the agency, working closely with the Director and supporting both our Sales and Property Management departments. You'll be the person behind the scenes helping keep the operational side of the business running smoothly and the wider team supported. You'll have responsibility and autonomy within the role while working closely with a supportive team.
Key responsibilities
Trust and business accounts, banking, reconciliations and owner disbursements
Maintaining compliance, licensing and audit requirements
Supporting operational systems across Sales and Property Management
Oversee payroll, accounts and broader finance administration
Maintaining accurate business records and documentation
Monitoring significant deadlines, renewals and compliance requirements
Supporting the Director with day-to-day business administration and operations
Providing operational and systems support to the wider team
Identifying areas where processes could be improved or simplified
Helping maintain structure, consistency and high standards across the business

Experience
Previous real estate experience is strongly preferred, particularly across operations, office management, Property Management, trust accounting, compliance or senior real estate administration
Experience across finance, payroll, bookkeeping, trust accounting or broader business administration will also be highly regarded
A Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice as a minimum is required
