Job Description

BALKAN BREW PTY LTD, Mill Park, Victoria 3082 The BALKAN BREW seeks an experienced Chef at our restaurant making Macedonian Traditional Cuisine. This is a full time position. Familiarity with Balkan cuisine desirable.
Cooking Macedonian & Mediterranean Traditional Cuisine dishes in accordance with the menu
Preparation of Macedonian & Mediterranean Traditional dishes
Planning and development of menu in collaboration with Managers
Ordering food and kitchen supplies
Discussing food preparation methods with kitchen staff, wait staff and managers
Demonstration and training of cooking techniques for employees
Preservation of food
Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

Qualification and Experience Diploma in Hospitality plus one year experience as a Chef or 3 years’ experience as a Chef. Salary $75,000 – $80,000 per year plus Superannuation
