Randstad partners with a large global powerhouse across Australia seeking a proactive Payroll Supervisor to join their Mascot team. The role offers a flexible hybrid working model with in office parking and a busy, hands-on environment.

You will oversee weekly, fortnightly and monthly pay runs for 5,000+ employees across retail, corporate and logistics, mentor colleagues, ensure compliance with EBAs and Up-to-date Awards, and lead system audits and process improvements using contemporary payroll platforms.
