Cafà All-Rounder - Kitchen & Front of House

St Marys Rugby League Club is looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Café All-Rounder to join our Milly's Cafe team!

We're looking for someone who loves working in a busy café workplace and is just as comfortable preparing food in the kitchen as they are serving customers with a smile.

What you'll be doing
Preparing and cooking café-style meals, including breakfast and lunch items
Assisting with food preparation and kitchen operations
Taking orders, serving customers and operating the POS
Preparing coffees and other beverages
Maintaining a clean, organised and secure work workplace
Jumping between the kitchen and front of house as needed to support the team

What we’re looking for -





We're looking for an experienced Café All-Rounder who can hit the ground running! You'll be confident working as both a short-order cook and barista, with the skills to move seamlessly between the kitchen and front of house in a busy café environment.
Previous experience in a café, kitchen or hospitality environment
Confidence working in both food preparation and customer service
A positive attitude and willingness to get involved wherever needed
Great communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced workplace
Reliability, flexibility and a strong work ethic
Availability across days, nights and weekends
