The Sporting Globe Geelong is seeking experienced chefs to join our busy kitchen team. We are hiring Head Chefs, Sous Chefs and Chef de Parties who share a passion for quality food, rapid service, and guest satisfaction in a high-volume pub setting.
You will lead kitchen operations, ensure food safety, follow national recipes and plating guides, manage sections and assist the Back of House team with menu items and specials, while upholding The Sporting Globe standards.
