Navarra is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our Rozelle head office in a full time permanent role. You will manage weekly payroll for ~70 permanent staff plus 100–300 casuals at peak, ensure compliance with Awards and Fair Work, and drive payroll system improvements.

You will collaborate with Venue Managers, HR, and Finance to optimise processes and reporting, while maintaining accurate records and timely approvals.
