Job Description

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Principal Consultant to bridge business and technical teams in Workday Adaptive implementations. You will guide design sessions, configure and test solutions, and lead project workstreams across FP&A; domains.

You will mentor consultants, support client engagements, and contribute to sales discovery and RFP responses, helping ensure successful transformation and operations post-implementation.
