Help at Hand Support Services is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team in Victoria. You will provide person-centred support and assist with daily routines tailored to each client, from outings to medical appointments.

A reliable vehicle, police checks, first aid, and a current driver’s license are required. Roles are casual with various shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights and weekends.
