Grass Valley in Krakow is seeking an Account Specialist – Order Management to accurately enter, process and manage customer orders within an ERP setting. You will be the key link between customers and internal teams, coordinating with Sales, Project Management, Finance and our manufacturing facilities to meet customer requirements.

You will process orders, handle changes, issue acknowledgements and shipment schedules, and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery.
