Duties

As a Team Leader, your key responsibilities will be:
Overseeing the team and ensuring adherence with daily targets
Ensuring the sites are always maintained and presented at a high standard
Leading by example and providing a safe working environment
General garden and lawn maintenance including hedging, weeding and pruning
Liaising and planning details of machinery,



equipment, and resources to carry out various works
Maintaining professional relationships with clients and the public
Completing daily and weekly paperwork and reporting

About You
Certificate III Horticulture or Parks and Gardens
First Aid
Current Drivers Licence
OHS Construction Card (White Card) or willing to obtain.
Minimum 3 years’ experience overseeing a team in a similar industry
