Benzini Precast Concrete is seeking a skilled Leading Hand - Precast Concrete for a full time, in office role at its Yatala factory in Queensland. You will turn the Project Manager's production programme into protected, well-organised factory work and lead a small team on site.
You will oversee daily planning, drawings interpretation, QA, and ensure finished products are ready for dispatch, with progression opportunities as capability and responsibilities grow.
