DFP Recruitment is seeking two Customer Experience Coordinators to support the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE implementation for six months. You will work with the project team and end users to prepare the business for transition and drive user adoption of the recent platform.

Responsibilities include testing, issue tracking, data readiness and documenting workflows, while collaborating with technical teams to ensure a smooth go-live and ongoing post-go-live support.
