We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Support Consultant to provide ongoing application support across ECP .

n
n

This is a support-focused role , working across BAU issues, troubleshooting, configuration changes and minor enhancements. You will help ensure the platforms remain stable, effective and aligned with business requirements.

nKey Responsibilities: n

Provide BAU support across SAP SuccessFactors ECP module
n
n
Troubleshoot and resolve system and user issues.
n
n
Perform configuration changes and minor enhancements .
n
n
Investigate incidents and identify root causes.
n
n




Work with business users to understand and resolve issues.
n
n
Manage support requests through to resolution.
n
n
Maintain clear documentation of issues, solutions and system changes.
n
n
Support testing and deployment of approved changes.
n
n
Provide guidance and knowledge to business users where required.
n
n

nSkills Required: n

n
Robust hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors ECP .
n
n
Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors application/support settings .
n
n
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
n
n
Experience with configuration and system enhancements .
n
n
Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders and end users.
n
n
Strong communication and documentation skills.
n
n
Available to start at short notice.
n
